So far the assessment of the investment climate in Russian regions lacks the scientific grounding of analysis and forecast procedures, the calculation of the region integral investment attractiveness in quantitative terms, the quantitative assessment of investment activity in the regions. The authors offer solutions of the above problemes.

In Poland there is possibility to implement investment projects in the SEZs, where the investors enjoy various tax benefits. The SEZs were established in order to facilitate the economic development of a part of the country by the promotion of certain sectors of the economy, the introduction of advanced technologies and equipment, the export of competitive products and services, the better use of equipment, infrastructure and natural resources, the creation of new jobs.
