The article treats the interests of the users of
assessment results, the history of assessment and the tools, the concept of
investment attraction as an economic category, the approaches to construction
of investment attraction values. The attempt is undertaken to form procedures
of assessing investment attraction of industries (organization) basing on a
system of economic indicators interesting for managers, bankers enterprise
owners, etc.
