Having
passed to the market economy Russia started to develop contract relations in
the construction industry, which became a most actual problem. The author
believes that Russian reformers, ignoring acquired knowledge and experience,
attempted to invent a certain universal mechanism regulating simultaneously
construction contract business and sale and purchase operations in the field of
construction services with appropriate law actions.
