In the previous article the author showed the increase in information gap in specialists’ knowledge, which occurs continuously. Not only revealing of these gaps and diagnosing of their character, but also finding of rational reduction ways has a practical value. It seems uneasy to solve these tasks efficiently and fast, but designing of variants or ways of their possible solution is currently considered to be very useful.
