World experience of economic development shows that the country, which is falling behind economic leaders, is capable of «catching up» with the so-called economically developed countries and «overtaking» them in the shortest period of time. The author thinks, that the leap of economic development of our country is possible, but it is necessary to create favourable conditions for this purpose. Such conditions can be formed in cooperation of the state structures, the subjects of economic activity and the civil society. Any nation, any people has a stimulus to develop its economy. The task of the state is to reveal tendencies, directions of development and to encourage movement in the given direction. At the same time it is necessary to establish the factors preventing, braking such development and to remove these obstacles.

There was a paradoxical situation in Russia. On the one hand, only a lazy one does not speak about bad investment climate, preventing from creating and developing effective business, and on the other hand, even it is possible to meet more often publications about experience of the companies and even small enterprises, which turn out qualitative production and successfully increase manufacture. Does it actually occur? The author tried to understand an already existing situation on the example of publishing business for which not the best times have supposedly come. The author, who has published a number of books and has closely cooperated not with one publishing house, took his own experience into account in the research.
