The centre for market research of the Institute for statistical studies and economics of knowledge of the National research university «Higher school of economics» presents an analytical material about the state of business climate in building in the 4th quarter of 2011 and expectations of businessmen for the 1st quarter of 2012. The results of the quarterly sample survey carried out by Federal State Statistics Service among the heads of over 6,5 thousand building organizations, varying in the number of employees and in the patterns of ownership, in more than 70 regions of the Russian Federation, are used in the paper.
