It is one of the greatest mysteries which hasn’t yet been solved by the mankind. On the one hand, the representatives of different sciences have their own definitions of what human abilities are, and hypotheses, where they originate from and how they develop, but, on the other hand, there is nothing conventional so far, with what all the representatives of different sciences or at least the majority of them could agree all together. However it is impossible to create highly effective systems of mass education and use human labour effectively without clear understanding of the development of abilities.
