Oleg SUKHAREV. Industrialization strategy and import substitution: initial conditions and opportunities
The issue concerning the parameters of industrialization and deindustrialization is investigated in the article. The interrelations between system parameters and the identification of factors (reasons) providing their alteration form the matter of the structural analysis of any economic systems that is shown on the example of the industrial system and its major segment - mechanical engineering. The dependence on import of domestic engineering industry in the parameter of "structural independence" is considered, the possibilities of the realization of import substitution are singled out.
