Mikhail IVANOV. The mechanism of the expansion of production in the global economy: unlearned lesson
The article shows that the basis for the expansion of material production are the fundamental laws of change of the reproductive structures of material production - the transition from the use of the surplus product as the main source of the expansion of production to the amortization fund. The effects of these processes are shown in the developed capitalist countries and in the USSR, their significance for modern Russia.

The author proposes a scientific hypothesis to explain the facts related to the destruction of the Kerch bridge in February 1945, and recommends a specific geodesic studies to verify the validity of the hypothesis and to unravel the mystery.

The author comments on the article 55.5 of the Town Planning Code, which is the most voluminous among the articles of chapter 6.1 of the TPC. The list of documents which it presents is extensive. However, the implementation of the requirements set out in each of them contributes to the safety of constructed objects.

The concept of «servant leadership» is investigated, as well as its synthesis with the tacit knowledge management model. The work consists of two parts. The first part is devoted to the analysis of the «servant leadership» concept. The second part describes the synthesis of the concept with the tacit knowledge management model on the basis of proposition and justification of five research hypotheses in the theoretical, institutional, economic provisions of the concept.

At the end of 2016 in Moscow was organized the set of meetings, on which were discussed the problems of Arctic development and offshore researching. The most attention was paid for the cooperation of Russian and foreign scientists, including defensive, and representatives of inner and other businessmen in realization of common regional ecological investment projects, including oil and gas industry.
