Viktor MOSKVIN. System nature of the risks of investment projects
The paper deals with an improved structure of investment projects risk system, consisting of four subsystems of risks, which are discussed in detail, with particular attention paid to a new subsystem - the risks of interactions with social systems. Its difference from business risks is presented. The system scientific base of identification and assessment of investment project risks is shown. The lack of theoretical foundation is considered, on which the identification and assessment of investment project risks are build, as well as the impact of risk management on project finances.

For many years Russia was the state, importing food, despite the objective prerequisites for self-sufficiency in most food products. The situation began to change cardinally only in recent years. In 2014 the exports of food and agricultural raw materials exceeded the income from arms exports. A more substantial support by the state is necessary for the development of food exports.

The second part describes the synthesis of the concept with the tacit knowledge management model on the basis of proposition and justification of five research hypotheses in the theoretical, institutional, economic provisions of the concept.
