One of the most bright and interesting events of Russian scientific life of first quarter of 2017 was the Common meeting of members of Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), on which were discussed the main results of work of the oldest inner Academy in 2014 - 2016 years. Discussions about the actual questions of academic development on the Meeting were organized on the meetings of branch and regional Departments of RAS. The problems of modern academic development was discussed on plenary and sectional meetings in the frame of the set of scientific conferences, which were held before the Common meeting of members of RAS.
